Very good value for money. We are family 2+2, have a family room with balcony, everything is clean and comfortable. There is AC, TV with Netflix, small fridge and hot water. Yes, it's not a walking distance to the centre but it's simply to take a Grab for reasonable price. And yes, they want to make a payment when check in but it's normal in a lot of hotels. Two styles of breakfast to choose - French and Vietnamese. We chose French style and it was marvellous - fresh fruits, pancake with condensed sweet milk, scrambled eggs (best I ever eat in the hotel), tea, coffee, juice and Chocapic with milk for kids. Highly recommended!

Great place and great owner ! Stayed there 5 days and been 100% satisfied. one of the cleanest rooms we had during our trips with great smell and cool flair. Very helpful and great host who helped us with everything we needed . Will be definitely back again

Our room quite specious and nice .Althought the weather very cold But Them have heat AC.The rooftop and terrace for breakast is nice view.All value for money.Very welcoming staff, avaiable who arganize everythink for us if we wish at very reasonable prices.Jimmy ansered all our requests quickly and very nice.
